Mike Quin is the founder and head of Firestorm Dojos. We present a brief profile of Mike here.

Mike Quin heads the Firestorm Dojos family. Mike, his wife Chris and daughter Roslyn, have been living in the Ringwood area in Melbourne, Victoria since the 80's. Mike has been instructing junior and senior Zen Do Kai freestyle martial arts classes in Ringwood and the surrounding areas for over 25 years.

Mike has conducted various women's self defence classes and often presents lectures to the local branch of Neighbourhood Watch on topics such as defensive living principles. Mike has also instructed at several primary schools and secondary colleges as part of their sport's curricula. Mike is an Associate member of the World Karate Association (WKA) and was the regional coordinator of the WKA Touch Contact Tournaments.

• Level 5 Instructor in BJC Muay Thai

• Instructor of the Year ZDK 2000
• Security Industry experience - over 4 years
• Experience in both Relaxation Massage and Shiatsu
