Firestorm Kickboxing classes are an energetic way to improve fitness, stamina, coordination and flexibility. By incorporating the teaching techniques of Western Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing and overall ring craft, this class invokes, among other things, awareness and dexterity enabling participants to portray their own definitions of the expression - 'fighter'.

In a series of exercises, bag work routines and foot work drills, the class integrates the upper and lower sections of the body into a coherent, defensive unit, whilst increasing confidence and fitness levels.

Body conditioning is a major necessity for the potential competitor and the addition of the 'Gladiator' plyometrics routine has become both a training drill and tested requirement.

Though the main objectives of the class include fitness and well being, Firestorm Kickboxing is often embraced by participants to help them to develop self-defence frameworks.
