Description

This session is open to all juniors whether they train or not. It will be a workshop to instruct anddevelop strategies to enable kids to simply and effectively deal with a number of attack situations. Although some of the strategies come form the martial arts this is NOT a Karate or Martial Arts class. No prior knowledge or training is required.

The workshop will be free of charge but you will have to register to ensure your place.
