Bagwork and Kata Training

1-30pm - 1 hour of bagwork and padwork

10mins cooldown

15 min break

3-00pm - 1 hour kata training

This session is aimed at those students who are attemptiing to grade for 1st and 2nd degree black belt at the August Black Belt grading but it is open to all those who wish to join in.

Cost will be $20-00 for the day.

This is the Firestorm Dojos headquarters. It is a purpose built dojo facility designed to accommodate training in Zen Do Kai, Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts and Boxing Circuits.
