Senior classes are designed to appeal to adults of all ages. The principles of mobility and readiness are adopted to form the basis of strong practical self defence. Typically, a class consists of body conditioning, aerobic fitness, stretching, bag and focus pad work, ground grappling, and emphasis on self defence technique. Senior classes accommodate all levels of fitness and experience in the one class. Our style follows a grading system (we attain ranks and belts via gradings) through which the student can gauge progress. Senior classes are challenging but not daunting and keep the student focused on personal goals.
